Background
About the Founder
Magdiel has been a resident of the New Jersey Community for over 17+ years. He Obtained his Bachelor's Degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick at 22, Majoring in Linguistics and Business Management and Minoring in Portuguese and Caribbean Studies.
His employment upon graduation continued as a Managing Director of a Charter School in 2017. A year in, Magdiel became the Executive Director and Co-Led the Enrichment After-School and Summer Program. His interests for STEM and LAW as an undergrad, steered him to a Program Administrator role at a Legal Non-Profit Organization, where he was responsible to find Legal Pro Bono representation for immigrant children. Mr. Solis held community "Know Your Rights" presentations & help found #UndocuRutgers, a student organization that supports DACA Students at Rutgers.

In 2020, Magdiel moved to Dallas, Texas and decided to pursue a career in the Business Corporate World. He graduated in May from the B2B Program at AT&T University, in Cybersecurity and IoT. In the fall of 2021, he was accepted at Harvard Business School of Boston, MI. and is currently in pursuit of his Master's in Business Administration.
